GymExec is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides gym and fitness studio management tools, including member management, billing, attendance tracking, staff management, and automated reminders.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into GymExec (member records, plans, attendance logs, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymExec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless you request an export.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
GymExec offers a 30-day free trial with no payment required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will simply be deactivated — no charges apply.
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@gymexec.com with your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 24 hours.
GymExec is a 100% digital, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods involved in any transaction.
As a digital-only product, GymExec does not ship any physical goods. All features, updates, and support are delivered digitally via the web platform.
The GymExec platform is accessible 24/7 from any modern web browser. No downloads or installations are required.
